Luftwaffe HE-219 UHU – NACHTJÄGER-



This luftwaffe jacket is one of the most sought-after flight jackets in the eyes of a collector.
It was originally issued to Luftwaffe personnel given mainly to those of the Heinkel Uhu Nachtjäger 219 Crews (Heinkel Eagle Owl Night Hunters).
The He 219 UHU were night fighters used towards the later stages of WW2, they were the first aircrafts to have ejection seats and to have tricycle landing gears.
The original jackets were available in a heated and non-heated version.
The heated version was able to be plugged in to the aircraft, our replica is the non-heated version.

Jacket is really good quality! And finally right size(had to go two size up).
Only problem is with the button holes, they are really, really, really tight.

This is a rare late war, Luftwaffe style jacket that i've only seen made as reproductions by two companies, and this one is by far the cheapest option i've found.

I was worried about both the fit and quality of this product, but I must say that both were fine upon inspection once the jacket arrived.

It also has a unique and classy look, and has obviously been made with dedication and skill.

Just one warning: Make sure you are ordering the right size-this is a short, tight fitting jacket, so make sure you contact Noblehouse and ask for the size that corresponds to your chest circumference.

How to Measure Correctly

Measure your chest circumference around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal around your body. The tape should fit comfortably without being too tight.

For flight jackets, leather jackets, and sheepskin jackets, we recommend allowing some extra room for comfort, especially if you plan to wear a sweater underneath.
