The
Original RAF Jacket was designed by legendary American aviator
pioneer, Leslie Leroy Irvin. During WW2 the jacket was in such high
demand, materials grew scarce. Irvin had to enlist subcontractors to
to fufil requirements and started producing his jackets in the UK.
This is where variations of the style and colour occured including
the Battle of Britian. In the summer of 1940, the famous
"Battle of Britain" air battle took place over Southern
England and the channel These jackets were worn during this event,
which is why these jackets are reffered to as the "Battle of
Britain". Produced
by us exacly in line with original patterns. Our version of the
Battle of Britain have their own coloring- a reddish brown
leather with a darker brown wool inlining, this distinguishes it from
the original R.A.F. Irvin Jackets.

Well what can I say, I ordered my battle of Britain jacket on the 24th December and was told DPD weren't shipping to the UK due to covid but I would be kept up to date. Needless to say Claire came to the rescue and got it flown out to me! So it arrived today and I'm blown away with the quality. How you guys do it for the price I will never know, because it feels that it should be twice the price. The warmth it produces is phenomenal and the cut and style are superb. It fits like a glove (XXL) apart from the arms but I have short arms so it's an issue with all coats

After hearing Alexander talk about his company and how the jackets are manufactured, I was convinced. If I want to buy a reasonable priced and excellent quality shearling Bomber flight jacket as close to the original as possible, this company is the only choice.
Last week I received the jacket. It smelled nice. It looked beautiful. the stitching was perfectly professional. And the color of the sheepskin was overwhelmingly beautiful honey color.
Now waiting anxiously for colder days so I can wear this excellent battle of britain jacket with pride.
The only jackets more genuine are from the Eastman company. But the price is 2,5 times higher. For now that is a bit to much for me.

I received my Battle of Britain Jacket earlier this week and have to say that this is probably THE BEST Irvin jacket that one can purchase. I am a larger individual, at 6’4” 220lbs with a longer arm. I purchase the XL and it fits perfectly. Although here in Canada it is to warm at this time of year to wear this jacket, I can hardly wait until the fall and winter to make full use of the jacket. This jacket is stunning visually and super comfortable. I highly recommend Noble House to anyone looking for the best quality in flight jackets on the market!!! Well done Noble House!!!!!

I ordered the Battle of Britain jacket recently to compliment my collection of other flight jackets. Owning two USAAF style A-2 and a B-3 jacket, I figured that it was time to get another sheepskin style jacket especially now since the cold temperatures are soon to reach mainland Europe. Within two days my Battle of Britain jacket had arrived and I have to say that I am very pleased with the quality and price of the jacket. Typical jackets come in complex measurements and sometimes can be thrown off by height or weight variations depending on the person. Being 6'2 and a slim person, I went on a whim and ordered the size XL similar to what I have in all of my other jackets (usually jackets are a size smaller than labeled) and I have to say that the Irvin is one of my new favorites. The leather quality is excellent and the sheepskin lining is warm and well crafted. The buckles and zippers are excellent and one of the upmost approval factors of the jacket are the sleeves. Some jackets have sleeves that are too short but this jacket accommodates for longer arms and I cant begin to describe my satisfaction with this product. I will definitely recommend Noble House's products to all of my friends who are into the bomber jacket style. I will definitely be looking forward to the colder temperatures and snowy weather or Europe just to be able to wear this jacket! Thanks NH!

I just received my order "Battle of Britain" today in Budapest. 5 working days for delivery. Very honestly the quality is beyond what I expected. The product is just incredible! It looks like it came out of the aviation museum. The skin is very thick I believe thicker than announced here on the website. It's already cold here in Budapest, but a t-shirt is more than enough as the jacket is so warm. Well, German quality rules.
Without no hesitation I definitely recommend Noble House.

The Irvin jacket is the finest jacket available bar none. I've worn it in extremely low temperatures and it's always warm. Moreover, it broke in very well and looks great. Recently, when I was shopping in Manhattan, I entered an exclusive leather retail store. The manager walked up to me and inquired about my lovely jacket. He had jackets that were similar but were obviously not as well made nor of as high quality sheepskin. His jackets cost $800.00 and didn't come close to my "Irvin" by Noble House. Thanks for the great workmanship!

How to Measure Correctly
Measure your chest circumference around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal around your body. The tape should fit comfortably without being too tight.
For flight jackets, leather jackets, and sheepskin jackets, we recommend allowing some extra room for comfort, especially if you plan to wear a sweater underneath.
