To give our customers a wider choice in our sheepskin jackets, we have designed this new model in 2021. It is the " LONDON " model. New is the stylish V-seam in the front: the zipper runs diagonally and thus creates a casual look when the zipper is only half open. This is a simple and sporty design, and we at Noble House have paid particular attention to wind protection this time: The collar can be closed windproof with a buckle and the waist size can be adjusted with buckles at the bottom. You can also grow old with this jacket and easily overcome cold winters, as we have, as always, only selected the most beautiful and thickest furs. R.A.F. Jacket

The RAF Jacket was designed by legendary American aviator pioneer, Leslie Leroy Irvin, the US Air Ministry approved this jacket in 1932,
As the altitudes pilots flew got higher the temperature got lower, reaching sub-zero temperatures,
it was then Irvin created the R.A.F. Flight Jacket. During WW2 because the jacket was in such high demand and materials grew scarce,
Irvin had to enlist subcontractors to assit and started producing his jackets in the UK.
This is where variations of the style and colour occured including the Battle of Britian & the Alpha Jacket.
The RAF Jacket was worn famously by the former Spitfire Pilots of the Royal British Airforce.

Battle of Britan

In the summer of 1940, the famous "Battle of Britain" air battle took place over Southern England and the channel
These jackets were worn during this event, which is why these jackets are reffered to as the "Battle of Britain".
Produced by us exacly in line with original patterns. Our version of the Battle of Britain
have their own coloring- a reddish brown leather with a darker brown wool inlining, this distinguishes it from the original R.A.F. Irvin Jackets.
