PEA COAT U.S. NAVY
The original home of
the Pea Coat is the open sea. Yet, on land, the Pea Coat also shows itself as
a symbol of weatherproof casualness.
It was adopted by the U.S. Navy prior to World War 1, and is still in use today.
Every man has dreamed about sailing
out to sea at least once in his life. Behind this dream, hides the longing for
a life amongst the guys:
smoking a pipe, drinking some rum, and leaving worries behind. We cant
fullfill this dream, but we can sate it somewhat with this classic
marine coat a double breasted Pea Coat made from real genuine argentinian
steerhide.
